I had a problem with my pc and the tech was not only smart but courteus and profesional. He backup all my data without even asking. Reistall all my software and all updates. I will definitely call this company again.! By the way the techs name is Roger Alfaro put in a request for this guy! Mr Kaleta San Diego CA.

I used to work for this company over a year and half ago.. after 9 months they decided to withhold my pay for over an entire month of which they lied to me on several occasions telling me my pay was in the mail, I quit shortly after that They did send a portion of what i was owed but, not before it caused me several devastating financial problems, and not every ting they owed me. As far as i can tell i was the only Certified technician they had in town. Form what i have gathered from other employees of this company i am not the first have been treated this way by this company. And i haven't been able to confirm yes or no but there are rumors of tax evasion. Don't give these people your money.

Horrible customer service- repairs not fixed. would not help with refund for a service I did not want- never got, and told them twice not to bill. I paid for the original repair ( which didn't work off site or here) but would not refund me for something I didn't get and didnT need.very rude

Lets see. these people didnt show up for the first appointment then when they finally showed up another day they could not fix my computer. A bad experience.

It took nearly a week to find out from these people that they would not be able to assist my client with repairs and a site visit. Several times they were supposed to call at schedule times and did not do so. Don't waste your times with these people.
